Established in 2006, JiangYin ZenKung forging Co., Ltd. is located in Longsha Industrial Concentration Area of Huashi Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, lying beside the FURONG Avenue connecting JiangYin with Zhangjiang, with Zhangjiagang urban district being only 1.8 km away. Jiangyin City is ranked top among the 100 Nationwide Counties/Cities and within its boundary there is 35 km of the Yangtze River golden waterway.

The company covers a land area of 6000m₂, with the total investment exceeding RMB250 million. At present, it has three workshops--8300m₂ for free-forging, 7600m₂for machining and 3800m₂ for ring-forging. The company has one 4500T oil hydraulic press and one 2000T oil hydraulic press, one 3800NC ring-rolling mill as well as 50T handing machines plus completing equipment such as the 15T material taking machine. Besides, it also has 12 natural gas heating furnaces and heat-yreatment furnace.

To ensure the accuracy of the test data and the mechanical property of the chemical and physical testing center, the laboratory is equipped with advanced fully-computerized 300KN electronic universal testing machine, 600KN hydraulic universal testing machine and automatic compression refrigerating and sample-sending computerized impact testing machine. The spectroscopic analysis laboratory is equipped with the direct reading spectrometer made by German SPAX Co., capable of analyzing, at atime, 26 elements such as carbon, silicon, sulfur, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, etc. The metallographic laboratory is equipped with high power and low power testing equipment for the analysis of macrostructure and microstructure of metal. The laboratory is for such non-destructive testing items as ultrasonic, magnetic particle and penetration tests.
